How does the 30-day free trial work?

The Team and Self-Hosted plans start with a 30-day free trial with every feature unlocked. Billing begins automatically when the trial ends. If that first payment doesn't go through, you get a short grace period to fix it before the workspace switches to read-only mode - your data stays safe and full access resumes as soon as payment succeeds.

What counts as a billable user?

Every active member of your organization takes one seat. Guests are read-only and free, so reviewers and stakeholders never count toward your bill.

What do I save with annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Annual billing is $250 per user per year instead of $300 on monthly billing - about 17% off, the equivalent of two months free.

Can I switch plans or billing intervals later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move between monthly and annual billing and adjust seats at any time from your billing settings.

How does Self-Hosted licensing work?

You run M00N Report on your own servers with Docker Compose and activate the instance with a license from your customer portal account. Seats are priced the same as the cloud Team plan.

Do you support invoicing or EUR billing?

Yes. Annual invoice billing, EUR pricing and SEPA payments are available for larger teams - contact support@m00nreport.com to set it up.

Question 7

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel at any time. If your usage fits within the Free plan's limits, your workspace switches to Free automatically and everything stays in place. If you're above those limits, cancelling puts your workspace into read-only mode instead: your data is preserved but frozen, so resubscribe (or get back within Free plan limits) to keep adding to it and to avoid eventual data deletion.
